Daniel Flesch

Daniel Flesch is a Visiting Fellow in the Allison Center for National Security at the Heritage Foundation, where he focuses on US-Israel policy and countering antisemitism. He is also the President of 202 Advisors, LLC, a public affairs and geopolitical consultancy. He recently launched The Israel Educator, an educational program for audiences interested in learning more about the history, ideas and current issues facing Israel, Zionism and the Jewish people, and their importance to Western civilization.

Daniel previously worked for Ambassador Danny Danon and Ambassador Gilad Erdan as Senior Advisor to Israel’s Mission to the United Nations in New York City. In this capacity, he was the spokesperson to US and international media, charged with all public communications and messaging. Daniel also served in the 202nd Paratrooper Battalion of the Israel Defense Forces, where he was twice recognized as “Outstanding Platoon Soldier”.

Daniel’s perspective on Israel, the Middle East and defense issues has been featured in CBN, CNBC, Fox News, MSN, RealClear, Times of Israel and other outlets. He has addressed corporations, Congressional members and staff, policy organizations, Jewish and Christian institutions, national security conferences and other audiences on the developments in the Israel-Hamas war, geopolitical developments, implications for US foreign policy and other topics.

Daniel has worked for international public affairs and strategic communications firms and a leading aerospace and defense consulting company. He received his master’s degree in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Illinois.
